From what I see on the trim on our doors on our 2010 hickory edition, you could come awful close to making a similar shape with an angle cut on a table saw and a round over bit on a router or even a round over hand plane. Our trim has a dimple or recess in the center which could also be done with a router or hand plane and a little sanding. Tedious work but doable.
I would still check with your local Montana Dealer that might have some surplus sitting in their shop.
