The first thing I would do is to precisely measure the spacing between the tires on each side. If they are different, you have problems with either axle alignment, axle bending, or something in the suspension is awry. Check your spring hangers (many documented problems - particularly pbahlin). If all of this checks out, it may be a problem with the camber (again axle alignment) or possibly even a bearing. Keep us informed with what you find out.
