When I go visit the kids in CA I fuel in Nevada, and can get back to Nevada without paying an extra dollar per gallon.
Be careful with tanks that transfer. I was told that without the proper evap/recovery setup, California can cite you. A little hard to believe considering that Transfer Flow is based in Cali.

We did the Titan tank and installed it myself. The instructions were wrong and the factory folks were a joy (not) to work with. The product seems to be good quality. Funny, we avoided the CA fuel prices last weekend as well. $6.29 for diesel was the highest we saw.
