One of our recliners wouldn't recline or decline correctly. While we were at the fall rally we mentioned our dissatisfaction at the factory tour. The furniture supplier was present. Long story shorter-he replaced the bad chair with a brand new recliner. Our Mountaineer was only 3 months old. Great service-they even brought this chair out to where we were all camped.
