I removed the pullout spout from the hose and then removed the check valve from the spout and behind that in the spout was a small piece with a tiny hole in it. I stuck a drill bit into it and pulled it out.
Put the check valve back in and replaced the spout on the hose.
WaLa. Now have normal flow in kitchen.
