They were a company outa Texas I believe, Since gone under. They're conversions were legit complete with an up graded GRWR & GCVWR. I dont recall what the "UPS were" You received a second live axle so in a true sense of the word you could have three live axles driving the truck. Turn Diameter did not change. Ride quality was harsh when empty. Dodge had looked at doing something similar, I believe the project was called godzilla... However teh dodge from what I remember was based on singles at the rear not duallies.
