[still working(NOT)]

We have a new 2021 294RL Montana HC. I noticed that the solar controller is not working. Tried all the buttons and tried to reset or reboot to factory settings. I emailed Jaboni and they said:
"Due to the complexity of the solar charge controller, I would definitely recommend taking it to the dealer. Please unplug the PV+ & PV- wires on the input side of the controller. As you pull them off, please label, cap, tape and secure them. It is most likely a component on the power supply board."


The dealer I bought it from is over 250 miles away and there is a local dealer in town. How can I get warranty work done locally without the hassle of returning to the original dealer. I had a Lance unit before and any warranty work would only be done by the original dealer. Any suggestions?
