Trojan T-105 6 volts for me. Trojan's are the most popular battery for golf carts and they charge them 1000's of times so I would think if properly maintained they would last for many years. I keep my battery's on a battery maintainer when at home and have had no problems. Mine are only 3 years old but expect 6 to 8 years of life from them. I also had to make a battery box for 2 but that was no problem.
