Every Manufacturer has quality issues as stated your dealer makes a big difference in service. We are on our 2nd Montana since 2006 . We hade our share of problems with both of them. We have a great dealer and have never had a problem with Keystone customer service responding to our problems. We are long timers and use these Montana's hard. Yes we do have a list for the 15 mins with a tech at the fall rally. We had one last year and Keystone took care of it.
