I am told I will need to drill out the connections for the small red wires to get them to fit the breaker pole.

I added a relay on Monday and the wiring was slightly different than what you show. The terminal on mine where the larger wire feeds the hydraulic pump has two large wires, one for the pump and the other goes into the coach and I assume lands at the converter.
