That is right any snow or ice and it’s shut down. Years ago 40 or so, we could get on the Parkway any time. I’ve went to the Peaks of Otter restaurant through 8 inches of snow. Now the food isn’t worth going for even if was free or they paid me to go. I miss it but there isn’t much I can do about it except to complain to the manager and that hasn’t helped. Oh well rant over back to our regular scheduled programming.
