Have you considered a
"De'longhi" oil filled radiator?
According to the De'Longhi web site, they use 36% less wattage than a regular electric heater.
I used one years ago to heat a laboratory that was 30x16 and it kept the room toasty. It is thermostatically controlled so you can set it for just how toasty you want it.
