Welcome to what looks to be another
GREAT rally and the Meet 'n Greet kick-off event. It will be on Wednesday, 9/19 @ 7:00pm in the big tent. Our Wagon Masters & Assistants will start off the event with greetings, announcements, schedule changes, etc. It is also the first chance for old timers to renew aquaintances and for the new folks/1st timers to be introduced and make new friends.
For food, we are requesting Finger/Hors D'eurves/Dessert type. Coffee, tea, & water will be provided, and you are on your own for other types of refreshments. Plastic/paper products will also be provided. USUALLY there is more than enough food so that you won't have to eat dinner prior to the event. I say '
USUALLY' because if you don't step up & contribute some of your fine cooking (or just a bag of chips, etc.), there will be some HUNGRY campers (oops, RV'ers)!
Besides food, we also need volunteers to help setup prior to & cleanup after the event, & maybe an Assistant or 2
.
