I ordered a Mr. Heater 20,000 BTU Propane Blue Flame from Amazon about 2 weeks ago.
Day before Yesterday, we got a Natural gas model delivered. I thought, Dang! I must have been 3/4 way through a six pack when I ordered the wrong heater... I checked my order form, nope! ordered the right one.
I thought this will be a frustrating, time consuming ordeal to fix the order.
A few clicks on the Amazon web-site, I was done, they said I didn't even have to contact U.P.S.!
Folks, this was the day before yesterday. This morning, the U.P.S. guy showed up with the right Propane heater, picked up the Natural gas model and took it away.
That is service!
