Phil and Janie-- The Techs coming to your rig during the Rally will not be doing any repairs. They will only be seeing what the problems are and then either schedule you into the Service Center or possibly sending you to a dealer that can handle the repairs or problems or they may not be able to help you at all but they do try.

FOR ALL THOSE SIGNING UP FOR THE 15 MINUTE TECH SESSIONS-- THE TECHS DO NOT DO ANY WORK WHILE AT THE 15 MINUTE APPOINTMENT they only talk to you and write up any problems that you may have. They then go back and talk to the Service Reps and see what can be done for you. DO NOT EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE TAKEN CARE OF THAT MIGHT BE WRONG WITH YOUR UNIT ALSO!! THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE A REFERB TOTAL REPAIR PROGRAM!!! Keystone does what they can for you BUT do not expect to have a NEW RIG if and when they work on your unit!!!
