Had a chance to try out the hide a bed in the living room. Pulled it out and found that the foot of the bed was lower than the head of the bed. Called the manufacture of the hide-a-bed, Flair Interiors, 547-534-2163 in Goshen IN. Spoke to the warranty person, Jessica. What a sweetheart. She says there was some confusion on the specs when it was built. Said she would make the call to my local dealer and have them take care of it right away. Apparently the framing was installed too high.
