I guess you have one battery and it has 13.2 volts after you stop and the refrigerator is 55 degrees. That says you have been on the road for awhile and to me your refrigerator wasn’t running. If it was unplugged this is what I would suspect would happen. Your refrigerator isn’t running while you are unhooked.
