As you are comfortable jumping breakers and such, you can run a 12V line to the refer circuit board to allow it it to run in either gas or electric mode.
12V from the battery goes through the red CBs (which appear to be good) and then to the converter/fuse panel. Is there 12V there?
You didn't by chance disconnect the battery when you were diagnosing the landing leg problem?
