Winch cables can kill. Very dangerous situation. A dual winch tow truck heavy, with proper snatch blocks 4, could have kept him off the guard rail. As for damage to the undercarriage, not enough information. God forbid we find ourselves in such a situation, but if we do, we should call roadside immediately. Most times when things like you see here happen, it just causes damage that a good towman probably could prevent. They did a good job with what they had. IMHO
