This thread currently has 23 replies, some of which are from the same posters.

Of those 23, there are 9 (make that now 10) who rather strongly state, NO supports under the slides. Many of those that responded use their units full time or heavy duty part time/long time.

Now, ole Carol's memory ain't what it used to be, but it seems to me, that in the past here at MOC when this subject came up, our very own MIMF (who at that time worked for Lippert), stated in no uncertain terms, DO NOT USE SUPPORTS!

We all have to do what we have to do, and go with what our gut tells us, but having walked around a number of very large campgrounds full of long timers, we see almost NO supports under the slides.

JMHO, don't bother, save your $$ and save the weight and storage issue and don't go there. Remember, if you have a tire go flat you are most likely looking at some nasty results.
