We had hooked-up with our long time USN friends & traveling companions at Minot, ND. They came from CA and we came from FL. We were starting our summer adventures together. Their rig is the blue truck and Montana RV Trailer.
We all like FHU RV traveling and the larger the site the better. Being retired military has its advantages with discounts. Because we were going to stay at North Park RV Park for a week, the manager gave us 15% off a 6 day stay with the 7th free. The sites were quite large with 50 AMP FHU. It was in a wide open field making dish connections a “snap”.
There are a lot of interesting things to see in the Dickinson area but our primary goal was to explore the Theodore Roosevelt NP. It took 3 day trips to see most of the things from the park roads.
