My lugnuts, and center cone cover also were showing signs of rust, after sitting since October in the ice, and snow. But I was saved from any Manual Labor, when I had to take it to the Dealer for a Rim Recall, they replaced the Chromed items, with new Aluminum Rims, and brand new shiny cone covers, and lugnuts. Of course I did have to yank it out of a snowbank, and when I was going down the highway, the two feet of snow blowing of the roof made it look like a blizzard behind me...
