Thanks for all of the comments. I really like the list if approved oils. I also agree with the comment that pulling that 15000 lb trailer is severe service. I believe using full synthetic is the way to go. I am going to double check with Ford Engineers because I work part time at a Ford dealership. I will let you what Ford says.
