Yep, so far, the weather is cooperating, and as you point out, pretty similar to yours.

The house is 14 almost 15 years old. The builder skipped town about 10 years ago. Anybody wonder why??

Patty, thanks for your good thoughts, keep em coming, the real story behind the photos is even worse, hard to believe but true. Roller coasters ain't got NOTHIN on ole Carol & Al this summer!

I have no idea WHAT we would have done without Tana!! Our little haven.
