If you click on the paperclip symbol in the header when you are making a post, it will bring up a menu called Manage Attachments and you browse for the file that is the photo and then click the Upload button, and the photo will magically appear in your post.

If you at least add your trailer information in your signature line, using the UserCP button in the brown header, most will know what your wheel looks like.
