Interesting box...one incoming power line, two outgoing power lines, and a control line. So my guess is that it was used to switch power between two devices requiring 120vac to operate. Tv lift should have been 12vdc. I can think of no purpose where this would be used in a fifth wheel and guess that it was used for some purpose during the assembly line work and left in the trailer by mistake.
