I am not sure if you are referring to the seals on the hydraulic rams or the rubber seals on the sides and top of the slides. If it is the rubber seals, they tend to act like a windshield wiper and flex in when bringing in the slide and out when putting it out. I have found when putting the slides our in freezing weather they tend to not flex back and forth because they are so stiff, in some cases part will flex and part won't. This affects the seal around the slide for wind and rain and in some cases snow.

I don't move mine any more than I have to when temperatures are below freezing.

The hydraulic seals as racerjoe said are not a problem in cold weather.
