No.it is a hard neopreme type of material. A knife won't cut it. About 3/16th inch or more thick. It was installed in separate sheets,about 3 or 4 sheets on my trailer.
I have removed and reinstalled it several times.
If you contact them ask them to look up the bottom covering for my 2007 Montana 3000RK.trailer.
