Thanks for all the advice and input which is much appreciated. Wish that everyone had had a totally positive experience--but then we knew that probably might not be the case. Am especially grateful for the advice about being tough in regard to final payment for the unit. Guess that an escrow account just like for a house might not be a bad idea if there are issues. BirdingRver--we're hoping that our PDI goes like yours!
