Mark hold the can level with the fw inlet your loosing vacuum in the pump.If U can't use a hose cut a milk jug cut off the bottom insert into fw opening and pour away Walmart has an open end clear hose with a shut off that you can connect to your hose, hose connection is about 14 inches long
