I'm in luck... I tried all the links provided except for the Android app. I am at 100% confirmation of what I suspected. I can get one TV channel that I don't care about and one other that's pretty weak, all the others are pretty much no good. In other words, NOTHING, NADA... Where we moved from before I retired there were over 20 strong local channels I could receive, but since I was working I didn't care what we paid for tv shows. I'm lucky because I did not get surprised by anything.

Since I need satellite or cable at this stickhome, and I also happen to have a rig, satellite it is. I try not to mess with the Winegard. When I'm messing with the tv reception, DW brings along a whole bunch of DVDs until I can get it straightened out. Sometimes it's a couple of days, and horrors, then we gotta talk to each other.

Thanks for this topic because it was great to prove I am pretty much FUBAR at the stickhome and why I'll be paying for television to keep DW happy.
