Codes are: E0- normal, E1- reverse polarity, E2- open ground, E3- high voltage line 1, E4- low voltage line 1, E5- high volt line 2, E6- low volt line 2, E7- high frequency, E8- low frequency, E9- data link down, E10- replace surge A code is stored after an issue until pedistal breaker is cycled, so the unit would have told you what the issue was. If the park was correct about power company issues, then you probably had a code/s of E4/6. John
