I have a 3 step on the exterior, then two steps at the entry. I don't seem to notice any height difference between any of these steps and they seem to be as high as the three steps to enter the front of the rig.

You just might watch out on the step habit. I have and have seen plenty of other people misstep and trip up a bit when the step heights are inconsistent. I would only worry about the 5 steps to enter the rig in case the bottom four are changed out and if their height was different than the two fixed steps in the rig entry.

If you don't have any steps in the rig entry and the new four steps get you from the ground up to the trailer floor then you probably don't have anything to worry about.

Just something to consider.
