I have used my ESP a number of times including just replacing both grey tanks last week. I have the Good Sam 7 year plan. The main complaint I have had is they will not pay for any freight on parts and will not pay for a lot of shop supplies. Out of a $4,000.00 + bill I had to pay $1,100.00 out of pocket.
