Thanks, did forget those things. No the tires are two years old and like I said, always covered, and we're sking $22,900.00 with everything included. Also forgot to list living room is new 40 inch flat screen and bedroom is flat screen 32 inch. since we have satellite TV, the unit has been rewired for the two inside TV's and one storage compartment one outside, so any one at any time can be used on satellite, antenna, or campground cable.
