JNLVaughn, this is just the first step. From now until rally you need to watch for postings. Next will be a request for coordinators for events. After that, the coordinators will seek volunteers. The schedule won’t be finalized until late summer because it involves commitments from all of the Montana vendors at a busy time of year for them. Site assignments will be among the last things to be posted. Also, tours, meals and trips will need separate signups. Every year we have people that sign up and don’t check back until they show up and haven’t signed up for anything. Which creates a bad situation because many things can’t accommodate 400 people. A good plan is to check back to the main rally page once a week. Having been to 18 of these and Wagonmaster twice, we tend to forget how different this is for some. Enjoy.
