You will have to see how much of the black pipe sticks up above the OEM vent once you lift the cover. There was not enough to fit the vent over so I had to completely remove the OEM vent down to the roof membrane. Since my 3400 is but 3 months old that Grey sealant was still pliable and easy to remove.. yours may not be if you need to remove it. It took me 2 hours to do the install 1:45 mins of it was in Removing the old sealant and resealing the new vent.
