Once you've replaced the seal, maybe more than once and/or had the toilet fill it'self and flood the rig or the flush mechanism explode you will go to a Dometic. These are not unusual experiences (look up past posts). Those of us on the forum have gone from explaining how to fix them to just saying forget it and buy a Dometic. Tetford even replaced the toilet on our 2010 under warranty and it then crapped out. The dealer didn't even look at me funny when we told them we wouldn't take the 2017 unless then put a Dometic in it.
