Tom, sorry fenders are no longer plastic, GM when back to metal, I liked the plastic, could take small hits without denting. 18 and 20 inch tires are avail for SRW, while 17 are the only option for the DRW. So the larger tires might make SRWs sit a little higher. I have not personally checked a SRW, but from post on other sites it sounds like they do sit higher than the duallies.
