I roll mine up and set it on top of the bins in the basement. It is the first thing I hook up on arrival and the last to detach when leaving.Would be concerned it would be stolen laying in an unsecured location.

The only time it is difficult to manage is when we are in cold weather. I was considering using a water hose coil bucket, but am doing OK with it for now. Power reel would be nice to help get it clean as it winds up though.
