The head guy for the repairs is always with the Haul trailer that's just north of the entrence to the tents. I would go down and see him and explain your concerns and see if he doesn't solve the problem. I had a Lippert issue the techs wouldn't work on and so I went down and the boss promptly got Lippert to come out themselves so I do believe he will listen to your concerns.
