The Keystone website says the spec for the axles are 6k Dexter Gladiator thick wall. If it comes with F rated tires it may be like mine; 8 lug wheels rated for 110psi (Ranier F range tires were 95psi).
They don't give weight specs but figure it will probably be in the 14k gvw range. From what I've seen and heard the Raniers have been coming on the HC units. Just talked to a guy here in the park that has a 19 331rl like mine and he said one of his Raniers failed straight away. He replaced with Endurance LRF. I replaced mine with Sailun S637s LRG.
