The Bone,
On my Alaska trips I hate to see my tank drop below half - you are never sure if the next station will be open, have diesel or want to take your US credit card. Many of my hunting trips here in the lower 48 get me over 100 miles from the nearest station.
After many years of flying fighters, I learned there is no such thing as too much gas.
