I just got a recall from Ford for the installation of a Cooling System Venturi Tee Kit on the radiator and for the re-flash.
My truck was built in early January 2008 but I am getting messages when the re-gen is taking place. One time I got the "Drive To Clean Exhaust Filter", "Cleaning Exhaust Filter", and "Exhaust Filter Drive Complete" messages. This re-flash is supposed to be to allow these messages to display in the driver info center. I wonder why I am getting them already and others are not. Are all F250 diesels not built in the Kentucky truck plant? Maybe my truck got the new flash at the time it was built. Just a little confusing. Anybody got any ideas?
