Common problem. Had the same problem with ours. Called Sealand. Lady told me how to take it apart, clean the seal, and lube it (with food grade oil such as PAM). Said if that did not fix it, she would send me a new seal. Cleaned and lubed as she instructed and no further problem. Not difficult to do, but a pain none the less.
