I believe that all deliveries have to be through a dealer. There is a "quality check" at the factory, but the actual delivery checklist is supposed to be done by the dealer. I know we could not even pick our rig at the dealer until a day or two after factory delivery, since the dealer insisted, their quality control checklist had to be performed before I could take delivery. I would take that delay in a heartbeat since I take that as a sign of a good dealer.
