ACTIVITIES AND CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
The following is a current list of the scheduled activities planned for the 2015 rally. If there are other activities or topics that someone would like to add, please post and we will figure out a time.
Tuesday - 1/13/15 - Check-in - (David Hatcher - coordinator) Need volunteers to help park the RV's
Meet & Greet - 4:00 (Need a coordinator and volunteers to set up)
Wednesday - 1/14/15 - Evert's new Montana's arrive for viewing
Thursday - 1/15/15 - Mac the Fire Guy - 10:00 AM, Pizza, Beer, & Music compliments of Evert's RV - 3:00 PM?
Friday - 1/16/15 - Potluck Social - 3:00PM - (Jack Lyons - coordinator)
Saturday - 1/17/15 - Desert Bar - (Jack Lyons - coordinator)
Sunday - 1/18/15 -
Monday - 1/19/15 - Crystal hunting trip to Kofa NWR - (Dick Montgomery - coordinator)
Tuesday - 1/20/15 -
There is also a golf outing to be planned.
We can also have a yard sale and "free stuff" table. (Please remove anything from this table that you put there before you leave)
