Good afternoon -

I have a 3500 Dodge Ram and went with the largest hitch that would fit my truck's puck system. Having to purchase a new hitch when trailers were upgraded, I finally went the route mentioned.

I find that I am able to adapt to the towing need! I purchased the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs, and the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 21,000 lbs.

In essence, I agree with TennTom and DMaxDually, buy big, buy once and enjoy!
