Here is a pic of my old (2006) Montana Frame from the brochure. I had frame flex and the arrows point to the areas where the welds cracked. These seem to be where major force is applied to the frame as you bounce down the road. I think they could do a pretty simple change at the factory by just adding gussets to the corners in these areas.

Now it seems they call it frame flex where any metal welds fail. I guess times change. Hope you get things fixed.
