Are you on a PC or a phone/tablet? If phone/tablet, have you gone to the bottom of the Home page and set the option for "View Full Site"?
You do have to be logged on to the forum before any of this works. When you click on
https://www.montanaowners.com/forums/usercp.php you should be in the User CP screen. Page down and almost the last thing in the left pane is the Miscellaneous Category and the Edit Newsletter Preferences option.
If you don't see this, can your screen shot what you do see and post it here?
P.S. I can see the software thinks you are subscribed to the newsletter, if that makes you feel better.
